K-pop singer and b-boy Jay Park has been named honorary ambassador of Korea’s Jeju Island, which is one of 28 candidates in the New 7 Wonders of Nature contest.
The appointment of Jay Park is aimed at boosting Jeju Island’s bid to be chosen as one of the seven winners. Jay Park is the latest celebrity to be chosen to campaign for Jeju Island.
Besides this, Jay is also the PR ambassador of Korea Sports Association for the Disabled. Recently, he donated $21,000 (P887,000) worth of food and supplies for Korea’s paralympic athletes.
Besides getting involved in causes, Jay Park is very busy with his career. He just released his digital single “Demon” but the song’s low-quality music video disappointed the singer.
