Bb. Pilipinas-Universe 2011 Shamcey Supsup is now in São Paolo, Brazil after ten days of rigorous training in Colombia.
Upon setting foot at São Paolo, all the lovely candidates including Shamcey immediately participated in photo shoots and pictorials.
Miss Korea is Shamcey's roommate.
The grand coronation night will be held on September 12 at the Credicard Hall in São Paulo, Brazil.
Miss Universe 2010 Ximena Navarrete of Mexico will crown her successor on the pageant night.
In an interview aired during the August 24 episode of TV Patrol, the statuesque beauty remarked, "When you see those girls, they are all beautiful. They have great personality. Kung makapag-effort in the morning, full makeup, full hair, everything. We all have four bags, the other girls have eight."
She also revealed that all the candidates are ready for the big competition. Despite the pressure, she remains focused and unfazed by the other contenders.
Shamcey expressed, "I don't think so much about the competition... kasi every time I think about it, sobrang stress. All I can do is just simply do my best every time."
This 2011 marks the first time that the organizers of the Miss Universe pageant have put up an online voting portal.
The candidate with the most number of online votes will have an automatic spot in the top 15 finalists.
The Filipina beauty queen expressed her gratitude for everyone who voted for her online.

2. Follow the Registration instructions:
a. Type in your e-mail address
b. Confirm that you are at least 16 years old
c. Accept the Terms and Conditions
3. Click on “VOTE”
4. Give Miss Philippines a “10” ranking! (1 is the lowest, 10 is the highest)
5. If done correctly, you will receive a message on your screen.
Organizers said that registration/voting period is from 4 a.m. on Aug. 20 until 6 a.m. on Sept. 12 (Manila Time). Only 10 votes per e-mail address per day will be counted. The contestant with the highest average gets a spot in the semifinals.
Filipinos have until September 11, 2011 at 6 p.m. ET (September 12, 2011 6 a.m. in the Philippines) to vote for Shamcey.
Soon to join Shamcey in Sao Paolo are her mother and a few friends who will be leaving on the first week of September.
Shamcey's mother revealed that her daughter needs "more eyelashes."
Binibining Pilipinas Charities Inc. head Stella Marquez-Araneta has asked Shamcey's mother bring more cocktail dresses for the candidate.
Mrs. Supsup is confident that her daughter will do her best in the Miss Universe 2011 competition.
Last year, Venus Raj was named fourth runner-up in the Miss Universe pageant held in Las Vegas.
