I haven't been writing nearly enough over the past few days.
We had company in town (SO fun!) and so I was playing cards, sledding, tubing, laughing, and making jewelry with my in laws. And BTW, I had a fan-freaking-tastic time at it, too.
But now it's time to get back on track and finish my damn book. I have hot plans to finish my book within the next month, so that can start the arduous task of editing (BARF) Have I ever mentioned how much I hate editing? It's probably because I usually double the alotted word count, so for me editing is basically cutting the fat and getting my word count under control.
And P.S.....I hate it.
The good news is: my main characters are together! Hooray for romantic fiction love!! Will they stay together? Not so much...because it's romantic woments fiction. There must be drama and sadness to the tenth degree. Duh. But it will all end well, I promise.
SO back on track I go. Time to start querying soon.....YIPES!!! Nerve wracking! At least I have decent help this time around. Last time....mmmm, not so much.
Off to play with Henry and Autumn.
