Count Down

I didn't think I'd have this problem when I started Paleo but I do. I thought I'd be starving and made sure I ate a lot in the first two to three days of the Way Of Eating (WOE) I'd undertaken. But here's the thing. I'm not getting enough calories. I'm plugging in what I'm eating and it's really low in regards to what I've always considered eating well. I have to find ways to up the calories or I worry I'll be eating my new developed muscles.

I plug in what I eat to an application called Lose It. It counts all the factors contained in my food like protein, carbs, fat, sugars etc etc. I figure I need about 1,600 calories a day because of my intense work out schedule in order to lose weight. Keep in mind I have no clue what I weigh and have no intentions of looking - it does terrible things to my obsessive compulsive tendencies (no I'm not OCD).

Thursday - Ate 1031 exercise burn - 504 Net Calories 527 Under 1083

I've only been calculating for two days but average totals for nutrition values are:

Fat - 49% 54.3g Saturated is only 18.9 g
Sodium - 690.9 mg I honestly don't know if this is good or bad
Carbs 2% 5.4g Fibre 0 Sugars 3.9
Protein 49% 122.5 g

My carb consumption is so low this brings my calorie count low. I have to say I'm not hungry, but I know that's not a terrific count.

Any Primal people want to give me pointers on how to up my calories? I don't want to simply disappear.
