Fall...I'm Just Not Ready For You Yet!!

As we've been waking up with a house in the 60's the past couple mornings...I know one truth to be inevitable...
FALL IS approaching and it's coming quickly!

But honestly, this 100% extrovert is not ready for the fall and winter months, because they mean a lot more indoor time, a lot less outdoor (socializing time) and several months of CABIN FEVER to kick in!

A few things I am going to miss seeing everyday...as FALL makes it's grand entrance to the New England States:

My bare feet!  Yes...this Cali girl is all about going BAREFOOT.  Forget the pregnant part...this mommy would walk around all the time with no shoes on if she could!  But here in the New England States...SOCKS and BOOTS are a must!  So I guess I better start shopping for some cute pairs to keep me SMILING during the cold months ahead!

Mr. Sun!  Not going to lie...I need to (for my healthy emotional state of mind) see the sun everyday.  That honestly does not happen around here...and even far less in the Fall & Winter months.  The gloom and cloudy days ahead worry me already about my moods to come.  GOING TO invest in a sunlamp to keep some Vitamin D kicking in my system or perhaps I'll buy an endless tanning pass...just to warm myself up a little!

Strawberries!  This one might seem funny...but it's a fruit that my kids love eating, they are full of goodness (vitamins & antioxidants) and when they are no longer available in stores...I know it means that Fall & Winter have arrived fully!  You've got to admit...you love their natural sweetness too, right?  There's just something about those little red berries...especially the ones that come from California.  YUMMY!

So there you go!  If I seem a little mopey or down...perhaps it's because a few of these things are MISSING from my daily routine!  BARE WITH ME...fall and winter are only 2 of the 4 months and if I stay really busy with you guys...they should go quickly, right?  I mean...we have the HOLIDAYS (which I do love) to look forward to, too, right?

What do you miss about the Spring & Summer Months the most...when Fall approaches?  Want to share with me?  I'd love to hear yours...
