Back in college during the '60s, I wrote a paper for 'Comparative Foreign Governments' in which I opined that within 20 years or so from then that the United States would become more like the Soviet Union and that Russia would become more like the then America. In those times, I could, and often did, board a commercial flight, carrying a weapon & ammo, after identifying myself and showing to the airline representatives that the weapon was unloaded. Now-a-days, under the liberal mindset & knee-jerk reaction to 9.11 that's rampant throughout our country, merely possessing a legitimately owned & carried weapon triggers hysteria beyond rational belief and depending upon which law officer(s) you encounter can trigger a deadly response. Considering the state of our current liberal progressive, socialist, fascist, Marxist, 'Commie State', government's harassment of the 2nd Amendment today, this video is self defining. P.S. I was offered jobs by ATF, INS, BP, USCS, and other federal agencies ...luckily I chose The U.S. Treasury, U.S. Customs Agency Service, Office of Investigations as a career. Training with 'would be' '60s ATF 'Gun Control Act of 1968' agents was an eye-opener to say the least. [note: "Gun Control"] I am not confident that the 'law enforcement' understanding of today's "ICE" and the "BATF" toward the Constitution is the same today as it was back then. ...notwithstanding the present federal administration's attitude toward citizens' rights. |
