Michael Jackson?s family held a press conference at the Beverly Hills hotel, announcing and discussing their plans for the upcoming ?Michael Forever: the Tribute Concert?, to be held October 8th at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff, Wales.�� The members in attendance were Katherine Jackson, La Toya Jackson, Tito Jackson, Jackie Jackson and Marlon Jackson.
Not all of the Jackson siblings are on board with the timing of the concert, because it will overlap the manslaughter trial, which is due to start on September 8th and will likely take several weeks to wrap up.� Jermaine and Randy released a statement after the press conference:
?While we wholeheartedly support the spirit of a tribute that honors our brother, we find it impossible to support an event that is due to take place during the criminal trial surrounding Michael?s death. There will come a time and place for an amazing and deserving tribute to Michael.� But we feel that the most important tribute we can give to our brother at this time is to seek justice in his name.?
