An observation: Last week, I visited a theme park. In one of the stadium areas, as we all were finding places to sit awaiting the show, a man who appeared mid-eastern yet was dressed more-or-less like the 'classic TV couch potato' entered trailed by 3 women in near-total body covering head-gear and dresses. [wives, wife, daughter(s), sister(s), mother?] Their faces were uncovered. He more-or-less ordered them where to sit and the ladies were subservient and obviously displeased with his controlling manner; however, they obeyed. to move with him to another area which they did though one of the ladies gav When he became dissatisifed with the seating, he 'strongly' ordered theme a quiet vocal objection and all three expressed displeasure in their grimaces. At no time did any of the three women smile. Juxtaposed were two other families also entering the arena at the same time. One of the two other families was Jewish or so I supposed in that the men were wearing yarmulkes. They seemed happy and enjoying the atmosphere. The second other group appeared to be an extended Amish family, by their clothing and by the womens' small head scarfs. This group also appeared jovial and congenial with one another while enjoying the show. The dramatic difference, obvious not only to myself but others who watched folks enter, was striking and sad as to the demeanor of the Muslims. It appears that assimilation in to our way of life is not a priority for some who choose to be in our country. I fear that they will seek to establish their own rules of behaviour separate from Americans' and try to force the rest of us to accept their intolerance for women, Jews, Protestants, Catholics, and "The Great Satan" ... The Islamic Shariah Law has crept into a few legal courts inside this great, exceptional country. And for me, and I believe you also, this is one step too far. Sure, I believe in the "freedom of religion" for all people in the United States. That's one of the cornerstones of our democracy that makes our country great. As it says at the Statue of Liberty --- "Give me your tired, poor, huddled masses..."
But when a radical religion mindset begins to interfere with our judicial system, I believe we should stand up to that and tell it like it really is. Do you agree?
U.S. Rep. Sandy Adams (R-FL) introduced H.R. 973 which outlaws foreign law from our U.S. Court system. She had 56 co-sponsors. Why aren't more Congressmen committing to this very important bill? That's why we must fax them to let them know how patriotic Americans truly feel. It is still in the Subcommittee of the U.S. Congress and has been since March 9th. This bill is too important to stay in a Committee for that long. Let's fax our Congressmen to raise our voice of support.
Certain legislative "norms" have already adopted Shariah Law. However, I want an adoptive, more prudential and effective strategy for surviving Shariah's onslaught. Several policy and program changes are in order; for instance:
• United States policy makers, financiers, businessmen, judges, journalist, community leaders and the public at large MUST be equipped with an accurate understanding of the nature of Shariah and the necessity of keeping America Shariah-free.
• At a minimum. This will entail resisting - rather than acquiescing to - the concerted efforts now being made to allow that alien and barbaric legal code to become established in this country as an alternate, parallel system to the U.S. Constitution and the laws enacted pursuant to it. This is already in effect for those who have taken an oath to "support and defend" the U.S. Constitution, because the requirement is subsumed in that oath.
• United States government agencies and organizations should cease their outreach to Muslim communities through Muslim Brotherhood fronts whose mission is to destroy our country from within as such practices are both reckless and counterproductive. These activities serve to legitimate, protect, and expand the influence of our enemies. They conduce to no successful legal outcome that cannot be better advanced via aggressive prosecution of terrorists, terror-funders and other lawbreakers.
• They also discourage patriotic Muslims from providing actual assistance to the United States government lest they be marked for ostracism or worse by the Brothers and other Shariah-adherent members of their communities.
• At a minimum. • In keeping with Article VI of the United States Constitution, extend bans currently in effect that bar members of hate groups such as the Ku Klux Klan from holding positions of trust in federal, state, or local governments or the armed forces of the United States to those who espouse or support Shariah. Instead, every effort should be made to identify and empower Muslims who are willing to publicly denounce Shariah.
• Practices that promote Shariah - notably, Shariah-compliant finance and the establishment or promotion in public spac3's or with public funds of facilities and activities that give preferential treatment to Shariah's adherents - are incompatible with the U.S. Constitution and the freedoms it enshrines and must be proscribed.

- Sedition is prohibited by law in the United States. To the extent that imams and mosques are being used to advocate Shariah in America, they are promoting seditious activity and should be warned that they will not be immune from prosecution.

- Compounds and communities that seek to segregate themselves on the basis of Shariah Law, its tenets, or the notion that America must submit to its dictates.

In this connection, assertion of claims to territory around mosques should be proscribed.
- Immigration of those who adhere to Shariah must be precluded, as was previously done with adherents to the seditious ideology of communism.
This bill would prohibit federal judges from using international law to decide any issue in a case. In addition to the radical nation-changing laws of Shariah, this bill comes against the dangerous United Nations treaties and a growing body of international law that has been created by unelected foreign bureaucrats. These treaties and international laws would severely restrict parental rights and home school freedom if brought into United States law. We must protect the integrity of our judicial system to make sure that our courts and our judges ONLY use the U.S. Constitution and domestic law in their decisions.
H.R. 973 would also ensure that federal judges could not look to un-ratified U.N. treaties (like the U.N. Convention on the Rights of the Child) and international law as precedent in their opinions.
Shariah Law is trying to overtake our U.S. Judicial System and must be stopped! H.R. 973 passage will prevent foreign law in our federal court system. We must fax NOW!

The bill states: "In any court created by or under Article III of the Constitution of the United States, no justice, judge, or other judicial official shall decide any issue in a case before that court in whole or in part on the authority of foreign law, except to the extent the Constitution or an Act of Congress requires the consideration of that foreign law." In short, this bill OPPOSES the use of foreign law in the United States of America! And I know that you really do agree with that stance, don't you?
Sharia is political at its very core. The Qur'an says a Muslim must not alter or ignore ANY part of its very clear and direct message, or they will burn in a fiery torment forever. Not one single word comes from the mouth of Mr. Obama about the terrible persecution of Buddhists, Christians, Hindus and other religious minorities in Muslim nations. This week's Senate Committee hearing, supposedly entitled "Protecting the Civil Rights of American Muslims," under the leadership of U.S. Senator Dick Durbin (D-MI), was quite tame compared to an earlier House hearing by Rep. Peter King (R-NY) on "Islamic radicalization."U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) expressed his concern: "I've been to Iraq and Afghanistan enough to know that the biggest victims of radical Islam are fellow Muslims."
Senate Minority Whip Jon Kyl (R-AZ) said that he was "a bit perplexed by the focus of today's hearing," noting that "If we're concerned about the most egregious hate crimes," crimes against Jews and Christians far outnumber those against American Muslims. "Political correctness cannot stand in the way of stopping those who would do us harm," he added.
You see, the interest of Sharia Law is about not stopping until they overtake each and every government on this planet! We must send out an important warning! We must keep this radical religious indoctrination form becoming a part of our court system. Once this infiltrates the court system, it is extremely hard to correct all the collateral damages.
