I have outlived them all by so many years.
All of those poor young and very much loved, beautiful boys.
They all gave up living, and drinking, and fucking, and eating, and smoking, and laughing and crying and on and on. For a cause.
So, in looking back, what do I have to complain about?
One does not die for the cause of Debt. Or does one?
But, unlike all, or rather, many of the young soldiers that have been struck down in their prime, I have Loved, and have made Love to beautiful women, and even to the most Beautiful Woman that has ever lived, and have been loved in return.
If I died right now, I can at least lay claim to that, and die contented.
