Jicama Salad
1/2 lrg Jimaca
1/2 Cucumber
1/2 Red or Yellow Bell Pepper
1/2 Red Onion
1 Lime (juice of)
1 to 2 tsp Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
Dice all vegetables, mix in lime juice & olive oil, add salt & pepper to taste-- Enjoy!!
