Another book recommendation.

Ok, so I am going to keep suggesting books, because I got so many emails yesterday thanking me for the nifty links to Amazon, so that my lovely "fans" could order the Hunger Games series (which, BTW, if you haven't read them...get them. I will crap myself if you don't. Really.)

Another book that I read recently is "Everything I Ever Wanted" by my HERO, Kristan Higgins!

Alright...in order to articulate this book recommendation effectively, I need to express just how much I adore her books. This is the best way I know how: They are fabulous! Literally every time I closed one of her books, I would smile like a moron and sigh. Like, SIGH. For real.

She writes the exact same way that I think and speak. She is candid as well as tender and romantic. Her sexy scenes are just sexy enough to provoke my interest, without feeling smutty. (Not that I am complaining about a little smut, but I am particularly fond of romance done a'la Higgins style.) Her protagonists are people that could be you, or me, or Suzie next door. The male characters are sexy and quirky and not your classic, run-of-the-mill stud muffin. She makes me feel like she could be writing a romance novel about me and my nerd. I love it!

I pasted a link to All I Ever Wanted, but here are the names of Kristan's other books: (Because so help me...once you read ONE, you'll want to read them all...and NO, I'm not kidding. I've read them all, and I am now in mourning that there aren't any more to choose from. *SIGH* Time to start re-reading.) Ok here goes...and I'll start with my other favorite Catch of the Day (Hqn), then of course, there is The Next Best Thing (Hqn)Too Good To Be True (Hqn)Just One of the Guys (Hqn), and of course, the ever hilarious Fools Rush In.

Go. Buy. Check out. Borrow. READ. If I could become half the author Kristan Higgins is, I would consider myself successful. Prepare yourself for a laugh or two.
