
Hello chicks and roosters. Don't know why I'm calling y'all that, but just seems appropriate.
I've been away on a business trip. I left Wednesday night and hit a snowstorm. A bad one. A seriously bad one. I almost got blown off the highway twice. My jeep doesn't like wind it seems. I think it's because I'm skinnier (let me keep my delusions). While away I didn't open my computer once. That's a holiday in itself. I worked out the first night I arrived but last night I fell asleep at eight o'clock! Unheard of. When I woke up at 6:30 am I was sure I'd slept through my meeting and almost jumped out of bed. Turns out I was simply rested - haven't felt that in awhile.
I drove back home tonight and finished the drive with an hour and half workout. How refreshing. Plus guys I had to work off the sugar I ate yesterday. Yep, that's right I broke Primal yesterday. At least I did it up right. Two small brownies and a small iced cupcake. Not all at the same time, but still. It did leave me pretty quickly (tmi). Obviously out of ketosis but today I'm fully back on the wagon and feeling good. I think it was worth it - I enjoyed every little bite of the goodies and they'll hold me for awhile I can tell.
