Lost for a good but sad reason

There was a man who I was very interested in getting to know - who dropped off the face of the earth early August. Today he contacts me - the day after he's gotten out of hospital. Three and a half months of hospital care. Drunk driver hit him, toatlled his car and killed his friend. I can't describe the shock I'm feeling. I am happy I was in his mind - I am very happy I will get to see him again, I am very happy he is alive.
